Các bác cho em hỏi, khi khảo sát em đăng ký ở 1 địa điểm, nhưng khi nhận máy em lắp ở 1 địa phương khác thì có được không ạ? vì em phải chuyển nơi ở nên chưa cả kịp lắp máy nữa
